Co-extrusion HDPE Pipe Line

Still in operation Main extruder is a 4.5" Davis Standard, and the co-extruder is a 2.5" Davis Standard complete with hoppers and loaders. The co-extrusion Die has tooling and calibration sizes from 19 mm up to 150 mm. The line has a facts control system and an ultra sound scanner for OD, wall and ID "on the fly" measurement
