PVC Reinforced Tubing Line 1999

Used flexible PVC reinforced tubing line. Line consists of 2 3.5" American kuhne single screw extruders, each 24/1 L/D. Extruder models are AK350, new 1999. Serial #1301 is equipped with Allen Bradley ac inverter 380/460 volt, 50/60 hertz. Extruder serial #1305 is equipped with Emerson drive, 380/480 volt.

Kiefel HDPE Blown Film Line

MODEL CA4, 40 mm, 24/1 L/D Loboy extruder. Electrically heated, air cooled barrel. Includes grooved feed throat, 25 kw motor with variable AC drive, model ESP130. 460 volt AC input. Includes hopper, water cooled gearbox and feed throat, and operator control panel mounted on extruder base with Eurotherm 808 instruments. Instrumentation includes controllers for (3) barrel zones, (2) die zones, blower control, speed control dial, and gauges for current, RPM, pressure and melt temperature.
