HAS ELECTRICALLY HEATED AIR COOLED BARREL, HAS 8-ZONE TEMPERATURE CONTROL PANEL UTILIZING BARBER COLEMAN MODEL 580BC INSTRUMENTS, AND 200 HP DC MOTOR WITH SCR CONTROL DIRECT CONNECTED TO GLOUCESTER GEAR BOX. GEAR BOX EQUIPPED WITH 17.50/1 RATIO. EXTRUDER INCLUDES 3-COMPONENT PROCESS CONTROL VOLUMETRIC BLENDER, AND EQUIPPED WITH HOPPER AND (2) SCREW FEEDERS. DOWNSTREAM INCLUDES 22" STATIONARY DIE WITH CART AND DUAL LIP AIR RING, POLYCOOL WITH 20 HP MOTOR AND BALDOR AC VECTOR VARIABLE SPEED DRIVE FOR BLOWER MOTOR.
