Betol Betopac Tube Lines
Used Betol Betopac tubing/straw line consisting of the following: 50 mm Betol model 5025 s/n a8383 24/1 l/d non-vented extruder with electrically heated air cooled barrel. Has 14 kw DC motor. Includes gearbox with 13/1 gearbox ratio, belt driven to DC motor. has hopper, water cooled feed throat, 6-zone temperature panel which is missing 1 controller and hollow tube die last used for ear care products. downstream includes 8" x 96" stainless steel water bath with 20" vacuum section including pump, 8" x 8" x 192" stainless steel cooling bath, each bath equipped with adjustable base and mounted on castors, betol combination haul off/fly knife cutter model 1210/2 including belt take away. Includes 115 KVA (sturdy) transformer, 480/415 volt "on line", 3-phase 60 HZ, 138/160 AMPT.
