Cincinnati Pipe Plant 250 kg/hr

We have a used Cincinnati, Austria PVC Pipe plant model CM-65. Plant is equipped with AC drive with output upto 250 kg per hour size upto 250 mm

Extruder: CM 65 output up to 250 kg per hour with diie head two nos.

40" Welex Co-ex Sheet Extrusion Line

Used Welex 40" wide co-ex sheet extrusion line, tested electrically and mechanically and to be shipped in working condition. Line consists of the following:
- 115mm (4.5") Welex single screw extruderr with 7-zone water cooled vented barrel.

PET Sheet Line

- Material: PET, HMWPE, Polypropylene and HDPE.
- One used HPM 1987 4.5" (120mm nominal), 38:1, 250hp 1987 double-vented extruder with the vents currently plugged to run polyethylene and PET. Vent sstacks are included with the extruder.

Breyer Sheet Line

Extruder - Breyer Model # 190-313-24-1
- 150 hp DC drive.
- Screw type - two stage, adjustable. 3.5", 32:1 L/D. Screw replaced June 23, 2004
- Barrel - vented - grooved, water jackketed feed zone.
