Straw / Tubing Extrusion Line
Used Betol tubing/straw line, new 1989. Line consists of the following: Betol model 5025, 50 mm extruder serial number 5170. Extruder is belt driven from 14 kw DC motor controlled to torque arm reducer. Extruder is electrically heated air cooled, has 42" center line height, and equipped with integral 6 zone temperature panel. Unit had 5 eurotherm instruments which are missing but has (1) luv controller. Downstream includes straw die, hopper, foremost color feeder, c-clamp, betol model 119/72 8"x 96" tank with 20" vacuum section,8" x 8" x 192" cooling tank, Betol model 1210 puller/fly knife cutter and 4" wide x 8' long belt take away. 2.00 BETOL MDL 5025 EXT 14 KW DC/SCR.
