47mm JSW Co-rotating Twin Screw Extruders
Used 47mm JSW co-rotating twin screw extruder, Model Tex 44 XSST-45.5 BW-6 V. Has 42 L/D, co-rotating screws maximum 474 RPM screw speed. Has a 12 barrel section, including 3 vent sections and 3 side feed. Includes 2 JSW side feeders model TSF-45. Each 45mm, 24-240 RPM. Includes strand die. Primary extruder is driven by a 55 kw DC motor with drive and new temperature control panel with eurotherm instruments included. Last used on nylon @ 200-250 kgs/hr includes placon strand cutter with 26-blade helical rotor.
